I started noticing a pattern in the professionals I worked with.
They were delivering results, sometimes exceptional ones, but their careers weren’t moving the way they expected. Not because they weren’t capable. But because their value wasn’t visible, understood, or advocated for in the right places.
At the same time, others, sometimes less capable, were advancing faster. Not by luck, but because they were better positioned.
That observation shaped my work.
