For more than a decade, I led diverse teams across Kenya, Europe, North America, and Asia building high-performing teams, shaping workplace culture, and mentoring professionals who’ve gone on to lead with impact.
But I wasn’t always the most confident voice in the room. Early in my career, I often held back even when I had something valuable to say. Learning to lead with clarity and confidence changed everything for me.
That personal transformation is what fuels my work today.
